SHOPS Plus Project End-of-Project Microsite and Digital Publications

• The Sustaining Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS) Plus project was USAID’s flagship initiative in private sector health from 2016 to 2022. The project sought to harness the full potential of the private sector and catalyze public-private engagement to improve health outcomes in family planning, HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, and other health areas. In addition to the publication production management work I was initially hired to do, I was asked to lead the development of the SHOPS Plus end-of-project microsite and digital publications. From initial wireframes to the final development of the sites in their existing Drupal-based website, I created the 2021 DotCOMM award-winning site that showcases the project’s key publications and achievements.
